I guess a really good night’s sleep did Erin good. She was ready to go swimming from the moment she woke up. We made it to the waterpark about lunch time and she was totally into the wave pool. I had to sit in the shallow end and let her sit in my lap. Today I sat down next to some water spouts coming from the ground. She loved them! Before I knew it, she was trying to befriend a little boy who too was a bit intimidated by the waves. After dragging Alan out of bed, I took the boys on the “Howling Tornado” while Alan tried to get Erin on a few small slides. The Howling Tornado was great until I saw Larkin let go of the inner-tube handles (they are made for four people). The sound of the rushing water was a bit too much for him so he was trying to cover his ears with his hands. He nearly bounced out of the inner tube! When we got to the end, Larkin made a mad dash out of the ride. I doubt he’ll go again during this trip. So we’re just taking a break from the water. Alan went to get pizza and hopefully Erin will take another good snooze. I hope so because I can use one myself!
